## Who we are

Continual Labs Limited (“Continual Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI research lab and senior software engineering studio building self-improving agentic systems and mission-critical software. We are the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this website (continuallabs.ltd, the “Website”).

## What we collect

We collect personal data by design — only the minimum the Website needs to do its job:

- Enquiry details. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the message you write.
- Launch-update subscriptions. When you subscribe through the notify form, we receive your email address.
- Correspondence. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the content of your messages.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and reliability purposes.

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels on the Website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

## How we use it

- To respond to your enquiries and follow up on proposed missions, collaborations, or engagements.
- To send launch updates to people who have asked for them — and to stop as soon as they tell us to.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Website and our services.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell or rent personal data, we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it for advertising.

## Legal bases

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), each use of your data relies on a lawful basis:

- Consent — when you subscribe to launch updates, you consent to receiving them. You can withdraw this at any time.
- Legitimate interests — responding to enquiries and operating, securing, and improving the Website, where your interests do not override ours.
- Contract — taking steps before entering into an engagement when you approach us about a mission or project.
- Legal obligation — keeping records we are required to keep.

05 /

## How long we keep it

- Enquiries. For as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted after 12 months unless an ongoing relationship develops.
- Subscriptions. Until you unsubscribe or we retire the list.
- Correspondence. According to our retention schedules and any legal requirements that apply.

We review what we hold and delete data that is no longer needed.

06 /

## Who we share it with

- Service providers that help us run the Website and respond to you — such as hosting, email, and form-routing providers — under contracts that limit their use of your data.
- Professional advisers (for example, legal and accounting advisers) where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities where we are required to do so by law.

We never sell your personal data to anyone.

## International transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom and store data primarily in the UK and the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data elsewhere, we rely on an adequacy decision or put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

## Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, access limited to the people who need it, vetted providers, and regular review. No system is completely secure — if you have a concern, please tell us at hello@continuallabs.ltd .

## Your rights

You can ask us to:

- give you a copy of your personal data ( access );
- correct data that is inaccurate ( rectification );
- delete your data ( erasure );
- restrict how we use it ( restriction );
- receive it in a portable format ( portability );
- object to processing based on legitimate interests; and
- withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis.

We respond to requests within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office, at ico.org.uk .

## Children

The Website is intended for professional and business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

## Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Website or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was revised; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
